Name: Eoin Devlin

Position: Rotman Coordinator

I joined the I&E in my second year of college because the weekly poker tournaments seemed like a fun way to get involved in a society and a way to make a bit of money. Since then I have been an assistant manager with the Student Managed Fund, represented UCD at a trading competition in Canada and lost a lot of money playing poker.

This year I am running the UCD team which will compete in the Rotman International Trading Competition in Toronto next February. RITC is the largest simulated student trading competition in the world and is attended by 52 universities from all over the globe. My role is to organise training and sponsorship for the team and one of my main objectives is to create some continuity between previous teams so that we can improve our performance each year.
